1. DUE DILIGENCE OF THE PROPERTY

This includes verifying that the current owner is the one selling you the property, that the house is correctly registered in the Property Registry, making sure there are no financial burdens and many other legal issues that may arise. 2. ARQUITECT REPORT OF THE PROPERTY
Once we have checked that the property you wish to buy does not have any legal problems, we also want to make sure that it does not have technical ones. To do this, we use the services of trusted architects who will carry out a detailed technical study of the property. This is very useful when the property you are interested in is old.
3. RESERVATION: ARRAS AGREEMENT
The next step is to prepare a contract between the buyer and the seller as proof that both parties have reached an agreement. The name of this type of contract is the Arras Agreement (Contrato de Arras in Spanish). In this agreement the seller states its intention of selling the property, while the buyer states its intention of buying it.
4. NOTARIAL ASSISTANCE

5. PAYING THE PROPERTY TRANSFER TAX
